U. of Pittsburgh (NCAA) Prioritizing How It Unveils New Script Logo

The Panthers will unveil their new script uniforms — for all sports — and merchandise in May, athletic director Scott Barnes said Thursday.

While Pitt’s athletic department is set for a radical makeover this spring and summer, some areas of the department might have to wait a bit longer.

The Panthers will unveil their new script uniforms — for all sports — and merchandise in May, athletic director Scott Barnes said today. Over the next few months, the university will focus on converting “high-visibility” block logos to script.

The most noticeable being the mid-court logo at the Petersen Events Center.
